Vivekananda a great Philosopher from India and his thoughts on leadership

The Govt of India declared Jan 12, #SwamiVivekanda's birth anniversary, as #NationalYouthDay in 1984. They believed that #Vivekananda’s teachings would be a great source of inspiration to the younger generation. This day is celebrated at schools & colleges all across India.

His concept of leader or leadership is not merely a position where someone gets the necessary power to give command over a group of other men and women, or treat them like servants. From Swami Vivekananda's point of view, leadership is a work of responsibility, it is a duty.

There is no aspect of life for which #SwamiVivekananda did not have a valuable observation. He said “Take risks in your life. If you win you can lead; if you lose, you can guide.” Is there any better philosophy for young entrepreneurs? Lead or guide: that’s a win-win proposition
